This level relies on your use of the balloons. It works best when you're lucky and get many different colored balloons.
Continually scan your board to see which color you have the most of and try to use that color balloon.
There will be one color that does not get balloons.
Get blocks (and Pet Carriers) of the non-balloon color together by eliminating the other colors with balloon bursts, then use matches for them.
The (built up in game) block buster booster can be useful when you have single blocks that you need to destroy.
If line busters drop in the game, set them off to open Pets, remove blocks and help pop balloons.
