Drop the middle section of the game down, trying to keep the mesh machines and bombs level.
Get them into a position that you can clear mesh off both the machines and bombs, then use the bombs immediately!
The board might not always have the correct fall of blocks to do this, but it is worth persisting and reopening the game until you do, as it is frustrating to play otherwise, with mesh taking over.
Once the mesh machines are gone it is simply a matter of carefully removing all the blocks, trying to leave only the few that you cannot match which will be blown up by the bombs made once the fire+ice bombs hit the bottom and break their glass
