This Level appears simple, all you need to do is get the Pets down and wait for the timed line blasters to go off and clear the bottom row so they can escape.
It is not that easy though as the timers do not go off until you've made 20 moves!
So, keep your moves small, try to click only two or three blocks at a time.
This way you will not run out of moves before the timers go off.
Work the Pets down, always leaving at least one block between them and the cages in the bottom row.
Once the timers have gone off then lower the Pets right down and free.
