This level can be completed without losing any pets, but in the method shown here I chose to sacrifice some of them at first.
This gets the columns moving more quickly and more pets drop before the line blasters (springs) were in place to remove the cages.
To make those middle column line blasters to drop you'll need to use balloons in the color (or two) that are in the central column.
