Open the middle Pet Carrier (and only this one) with the pinwheel.
Try to keep a block between the Pet Carrier that you do not want open, and the pin wheel, to avoid opening it as well.
Use the paint and/or hammer booster (from within the game) to help get the correct Pet carrier beside the pinwheel.
Then remove the remaining blocks so that the other Pets slide together and their carriers can be opened.
