The method used in the video above to complete this Level was to drop the flower one block and let it entangle the line blasters.
This will let the Pets drop forward, now all you need to do is remove the one butterfly from under them.
The one butterfly can be removed with matches, but dropping a line blaster is easier.
Remove blocks to build up the wire cutter boosters. As you remove them from the right try to get down to no blocks over at least one butterfly.
Now, when this butterfly is removed a line blaster can be dropped ) have it on top of the butterfly ready, or make sure you time it right to drop.
The other way to get a line blaster onto the bottom row is to let the blocks/butterflies slide to the left once one is removed and drop a line blaster into the final column.
Then just blast away the butterflies and the Pets are free.
