The secret to rescuing Pets in this Level is to not remove the vines from the electric blocks until you've got all three Pets down.
Start with the Pet on the right. Remove one of the columns to it's left so it can slide to be above the center where it can be freed.
Next remove blocks from the column just to the left of the center column until two Pets are down in it.
These three Pets can now be rescued by making matches under them.
The top Pet can be freed either by removing the electric blocks with line blasters or by matching enough blocks to use a butterfly.
The Pet to the left can only be saved with a butterfly, so make sure all the others are rescued, down lower than this Pet, or inside mesh when the butterfly is released.
