Work your way down the board so that you can get the roto blaster where it can remove the vines from a whole column of locked blocks.
When the key is activated it will create a hole where this column was, that the Pet can fall into and be rescued.
For the Pet to fall it needs to have one block (or several blocks that you can match and remove) between it and the hole made when the blocks are unlocked.
