The trick to this Level is to try and avoid the firecracker bubbles (they are too random and land on -1 bubbles often)
Work your way up one of the sides, clearing the bubbles when they are +1 to gather more bubbles to use.
Don't worry too much about collecting the owls until you are nearer the top.
