Watch the MoreLess bubbles carefully and make sure you never hit a Less one!
Try to hit two More buttons at a time as then you'll gain bubbles.
Make use of the directional line blasts to aim as high as you can each shot.
Then you can get to the end of the board with enough bubbles left to get all the owls.
